ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan’s Ambassador to France Mumtaz Zahra Baloch on Sunday highlighted the multifaceted relations between Pakistan and France and the Francophone world at large.
He said that although governments created frameworks and agreements, it was professionals, academics, businessmen and civil society leaders who gave life to bilateral relations between countries.
The envoy was addressing the Pakistan Francophone Professionals Association (PPRF) at an event held at the Pakistan Embassy, a statement said. He appreciated the work of PPRF and its contribution to promoting professional networks and cultural exchanges.
