Younger workers are more worried about AI taking their jobs, but some don’t expect any effects at all.

  • Four in five believe AI will affect their work in one way or another
  • Younger workers most concerned about job displacement
  • Human connections are a necessity in the workplace, regardless of AI

New research from Randstad has claimed that Gen Z workers are the most concerned about AI displacing human roles, despite being stronger users; while, on the contrary, Boomers feel more confident in adapting to new trends in the workplace.

Overall, four in five workers expect AI to impact their daily tasks in some way, but about half (47%) believe AI will benefit employers more than employees.
