Zach Bryan is recounting old memories.
He Something in the orange The singer, 29, posted several intimate moments of his new life on Instagram with a caption showing love and respect for his mother and wife, Samantha Leonard.
“I think you would have loved this and her,” Bryan, 29, began the caption.
“We all took a plane to Spain last week and you would have eaten it. You would have ordered everything twice and made sure your dress was perfect. Everyone I love, you would have done it too. There was a lot of champagne and Mac looked beautiful,” said Bryan, who released her single. Plane on January 8, he continued.
The singer went on to note about his wife that her “family is nice and they don’t try to fix me.”
“Dad was doing the splits while smoking a cigar on the dance floor. Rocky Lane was our ring bearer and I know you’d like him since you named me Lane Frost all those years ago,” Bryan noted, linking moments from his wedding day to things he connects with his mother, Lane Frost was a bull rider who died during an event in 1989.
“If you could have seen all the broken teeth smiling under the Spanish moon until the wee hours of the morning on New Year’s Day. Laughing out loud and looking at Samantha in her dress,” Bryan recounted in the caption.
“I think about all the moments you’ve missed often, but Sam reminds me that you’re half of me anyway. She’s something special and precious. Something you should keep once she touches your life.
It makes me feel light. It makes me feel like my heart is beating easily and the days are not as difficult as before,” Bryan wrote to his late mother, Annette, who died in 2016 at age 49.
He added that he wished she “had seen us smile like children when we met on that Spanish beach,” before adding that his wife “loves a man only a mother could love.”
“Maybe you’re on that Spanish moon. I’ll see you soon, until then I’ll tell her you love her,” the singer concluded with the caption, including a nod to her New Year’s Eve wedding to Leonard.
