Kanye West provided the soundtrack to one of the most memorable moments in his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s life.
When his daughter North West was born in 2013, the rapper took full control of the music in the delivery room and played Queen’s iconic Bohemian Rhapsody to commemorate the day his daughter was born.
Kim shared the story during an appearance on her sister Khloe Kardashian’s Khloe In Wonderland podcast.
The reality star revealed that the rapper’s choice of music made the moment feel even more special and perfectly reflected North’s personality from the beginning.
“She [North] He knew what he wanted from the moment he was born. Born with the song Bohemian Rhapsody.
[Sister] Kourtney and I talk about this all the time. Kanye was DJing, so he played Bohemian Rhapsody the moment she came out. And isn’t she like that? [North]?
Kourtney and I are crying laughing thinking about this moment and how it’s so like her, you know? That is such a strange fact. When I listen to it, I just like it. [emotional]”Kim shared.
The moment, however, has since become a fun and emotional family memory.
Kim and Kourtney still laugh about it all these years later, remembering how North’s arrival was marked by music, emotion and a touch of Kanye’s unforgettable style.
