Bridgerton season 4 part 1 (Netflix)
Look
Bridgerton either A Cinderella Story? In part 1 of Bridgerton In season four, the two merge as we follow the budding romance between Benedict (Luke Thompson) and maid Sophie (Yerin Ha). Sophie escapes to a masquerade ball and the couple unexpectedly kiss, leaving only one glove behind to identify her.
Our hapless maid leads our group of new characters in season 4, with Sophie working for the Penwoods, a family with more than one secret up their sleeve. However, it’s Violet (Ruth Gemmell) who really sings this season, thanks to her slow flirtation with Lord Anderson (Daniel Francis). Learn more about that in my Bridgerton Review of season 4 part 1. – Jasmine Valentine, entertainment reporter
Wonder Man (Disney+)
Look
Lights, camera and… action! wonder manMarvel’s first TV show of 2026 has finally made its debut on Disney+, and it’s absolutely fantastic.
Starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley, the Marvel Phase 6 TV show isn’t your typical MCU offering. my review of wonder man explains why in more detail, but rest assured, if you’ve grown tired of superhero movies and TV series doing the same thing, this is a big creative shift for the comic book giant that really sticks the landing.
Do you want to know more before watching it? Read my complete guide to wonder man. Have you already eaten it all? look at me wonder man Final walkthrough to see what could be next for Simon Williams and Trevor Slattery. – T.P.
The Demolition Crew (main video)
Look
Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista team up for demolition crewa buddy cop movie where they play half-brothers trying to solve the mystery of their father’s murder in Hawaii.
As a loose cop and Navy SEAL respectively, they have different approaches to things, but are able to resolve their differences to try to get justice for their father. Something tells me they’re not going to be polite about it either.
With a 79% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, this new Prime Video movie is a fun, action-packed entry that will be ideal weekend viewing if you’re looking for exciting fight scenes, mystery, and plenty of laughs. – Lucy Buglass, Senior Entertainment Writer
Shrink Season 3 (Apple TV)
Look
It’s time to rebook with Dr. Paul Rhoades (Harrison Ford) and therapist Jimmy Laird (Jason Segel), who are ready and waiting on the couch for your return. Contraction season 3.
There’s only one episode of the returning Apple TV favorite so far, but it kicks off the new season with all the bells on. Still grieving the death of his wife, Jimmy has a lot of work to do as he tries to move on with his life. Meanwhile, Paul faces changes of a very different kind, as his Parkinson’s continues to worsen.
Jimmy’s daughter Alice (Lukita Maxwell) and her colleagues Gaby (Jessica Williams) and Dr. Julie Baram (Wendie Malick) return for the Apple TV series, along with some interesting new characters, including a patient named Gerry (Michael J. Fox) and Jimmy’s father (Jeff Daniels). – Amelia Schwanke, Senior Entertainment Editor
If I Had Legs, I’d Kick You (HBO Max)
It’s been more than a year since If I had legs I would kick you premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and while UK audiences are still waiting for its theatrical release (boo), US viewers can finally stream A24’s hit on HBO Max. Sadly, Australians will have to wait a little longer to see it at home.
Described as a parental fever dream, the film can be considered a dark comedy, but it sounds closer to a waking nightmare. Rose Byrne plays a stressed mother who cares for her sick daughter without the support of her husband, while dealing with a missing person and a hostile therapist. Talk about a pressure cooker setup!
Byrne’s acceptance speech for winning this year’s Golden Globe for ‘Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy’ was one of the highlights of the ceremony, which is why I’m already calling out her Oscar win; Let’s hope her husband doesn’t miss that ceremony too, because of another reptile exhibition…– AS
School Spirits season 3 (Paramount+)
We’re spoiled for choice when it comes to young adult drama, with tell me lies season 3 and school spirits Season 3 is now simulcast. The latter ended on a shocking cliffhanger last time, with Maddie (Peyton List) returning to her body, while her best friend Simon (Kristian Ventura) passed on to the afterlife.
The stakes are high from the start, with the third season of the Paramount+ show introducing an entirely new character: district superintendent Dr. Deborah Hunter-Price (Jennifer Tilly). If you pay close attention, you’ll also see singer Lizzy McAlpine’s acting debut in the early flashbacks. – joint venture
Take that (Netflix)
Look
As one of the UK’s most iconic pop groups, I was one of the millions of people who attended Take That’s ‘Progress’. reunion tour in 2011, a historic event as it marked the first time all five members performed together after the acrimonious departure of Robbie Williams.
As superfans will know all too well, there have been many ups and downs for the boyband, and this three-part Netflix series tells the “untold story” of that journey, with never-before-seen archive footage showing their unprecedented rise, fall and reunion. It’s also Netflix’s No. 2 series in the UK, so clearly Take That fans are showing no, well, patience when it comes to streaming all three installments. – pound
