Bill Belichick being left out of the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot sent shockwaves throughout the NFL world earlier in the week.
While Belichick has yet to make an official comment on the snub, his girlfriend Jordon Hudson will reportedly make a statement in August when the class of 2026 is officially inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

“Jordon is planning to throw Bill a big party on the same day as the Football Hall of Fame ceremony,” a source told People magazine.
Big names were reportedly invited to the celebration, including “outspoken supporters” of Belichick who reacted to the snub. Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Patrick Mahomes, LeBron James and Jimmy Johnson were shocked by the development.
“Tom Brady, Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcells and others who were planning to attend Bill’s HOF induction ceremony in Canton are invited,” the source told the magazine.

Belichick reportedly lost first-ballot honors by one vote. Voters were tasked with choosing three among Belichick, Ken Anderson, Roger Craig, LC Greenwood and Robert Kraft.
Gronkowski shared his thoughts on the snub with Pak Gazette Digital.
“It’s very stupid that he wasn’t a first-ballot Hall of Famer. It’s just absolutely absurd,” he said last week. “Guy has eight rings, second most wins of all time, most playoff wins.
“This guy not only has a great resume, but he’s also touched a lot of lives in football in very positive ways. From players to coaches, he gave a lot of people opportunities and fair opportunities to be successful in life. And that’s what he’s sure done. And it’s just incredible that he didn’t get selected. Obviously he’s going to be a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, but it was just absurd that he wasn’t the first ballot.”
