Field Marshal receives operational briefing in Quetta and meets wounded personnel at Combined Military Hospital

Chief of Defense Forces (CDF) and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has stated that no one can rationalize violence and terrorism under any pretext during a visit to Quetta in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Balochistan, the army’s media wing said on Wednesday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), CDF Munir has received a comprehensive operational report on the prevailing security environment and ongoing internal security operations. He vowed that the terrorists and their enablers would not be spared.
“No terrorist and his enabler will be spared. Everyone will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law, and no one can rationalize violence and terrorism under any pretext,” he said.

The ISPR stated that the report “covered terrorist attacks orchestrated by internationally designated terrorists and backed by India from Fitna al Hindustan and the swift aggressive response of the security forces who failed in their ulterior motive of compromising peace, stability and development in Balochistan.”
The statement maintained that measures are being taken to further strengthen the power of the State and ensure the protection of the population and critical infrastructures were also discussed in detail.
CDF Munir further praised the professionalism, valor and sacrifices of officers and troops of all law enforcement agencies in foiling nefarious anti-Pakistan designs and maintaining law and order in the region, he added.
Accompanied by Balochistan CM Sarfraz Bugti, the field marshal visited the Combined Military Hospital, where he met injured personnel of Pakistan Army, Balochistan Frontier Corps and police, the ISPR said. COAS Munir praised his high morale and commended his bravery and steadfastness in protecting the motherland from foreign-sponsored terrorists, he added.
