The IHC on Wednesday sent a petition to the superintendent of Adiala jail, requesting better jail facilities and meetings of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the case filed by former federal minister Shireen Mazari, who appeared in court along with advocate Kamran Murtaza and other lawyers.
During the hearing, the court asked if he had made an application before the Adiala Jail Superintendent. “An application is filed in the appropriate forum and then submitted to the court if the issue is not resolved,” he said.
