Bianca Censori has spoken publicly for the first time about her future with husband Kanye West, revealing that the couple has discussed the idea of having children together, even if the timing remains uncertain.
In an interview with vanity fairCensori shared that growing their family is something they have thought about, although he acknowledged that there is no clear plan.
Reflecting on the uncertainty, he asked, “When is the right time for children?” Censori is already stepmother to West’s four children, Psalm, Chicago, Saint and North, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
He also suggested that parenthood could mean a major change in the couple’s lifestyle.
If they welcome a child together, Censori said they have considered leaving Los Angeles, largely due to West’s discomfort with paparazzi culture.
He explained that the intense attention during a recent trip to Disneyland with the children left them frustrated by how thoroughly everything was documented.
“My husband and I talked about it,” she said, explaining that West has a hard time accepting the idea of photographing children.
“He has a real problem with Los Angeles because of this idea that they can photograph children.”
While Censori’s comments point to hope for the future, they come amid reports of strains in his marriage.
A source recently said PEOPLE that the relationship has been under strain and that Censori had tried to leave before West sought professional help.
According to the source, “Bianca had been very unhappy in her marriage for a while and tried to leave several times.”
West has since publicly addressed his mental health.

“He’s been in this vicious cycle for years,” the source said, explaining that periods of instability often lead to public consequences.
“When he gets to a more stable place, he becomes very aware of the damage he has caused to his family, his friends and himself.”
The source added that this awareness gives him overwhelming guilt, making it difficult for him to maintain emotional balance.
“He understands what he has done and that weighs heavily on him. When he feels clearer, there are already many consequences.”
For now, Censori’s comments suggest cautious optimism, balancing thoughts of family and change with the realities of a highly scrutinized marriage and West’s continued efforts to regain stability.
