ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain, wind and thunderstorm, along with snowfall in mountainous areas, across Balochistan and upper parts of the country from the night of February 8 to 10, as a westerly wave is expected to enter the regions and move northwards.
According to PMD, widespread rain and thunderstorm with snowfall over hills is likely in several districts of Balochistan including Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qilla Abdullah, Qilla Saifullah, Chaghi, Noshki, Harnai, Zhob, Kalat, Mastung, Barkhan, Sibi, Loralai, Khuzdar, Kech, Gwadar, Panjgur and Awaran on 8th and February 9.
