Starring Camila Morrone, Adam DiMarco, Jeff Wilbusch and Karla Crome, the eight-episode show is described by the streamer as “an atmospheric horror series set at a wedding, following the bride and groom in the week leading up to their ill-fated nuptials. That’s not a spoiler, just read the title.”
Oh. I’m already terrified just from the first look (which you can see below), and I have a feeling it’s only scratching the surface.

Let’s dig a little deeper into the full synopsis of the Netflix series. It’s already horrible for many of us who meet on Hinge and Tinder. I’ve been accused of having an avoidant attachment style in my youth, but perhaps that was a blessing in disguise if the above is the alternative.
“Rachel (Camila Morrone) is getting married in five days. Along with her fiancé, Nicky (Adam DiMarco), she embarks on a road trip to her family’s vacation home, secluded in a snowy forest, for the intimate wedding ceremony of her dreams.
“Which would be really lovely, except… prone to superstition and paranoia, Rachel can’t shake the relentless feeling that something bad is going to happen. Her premonitory doubts, along with a series of eerie coincidences and terrible surprises, force her to ask herself: What makes two people soulmates? My toes curl at the thought of looking Something very bad is going to happen, and the pressure is on Carrie and The rosemary baby – two of the best horror films of all time – are their immediate comparisons.
But I’m a hopeful girl about my own love life and that this show will live up to my very high expectations. May March 26 arrive, even if I hide behind my hands.
