After 18 days packed with action, sporting drama and entertainment, the 25th edition of the Winter Olympic Games will officially come to a close with the closing ceremony.
The grand final will be held at the historic Verona Stadium, in the city of the same name. It will celebrate the achievements of all the athletes who competed at Milano Cortina 2026, as well as the traditional transfer to the 2030 hosts, the French Alps.
It will be a shame to say goodbye to what has been a fantastic event, but all good things must come to an end, and the Winter Olympics are set to finish strong.
According to Italian organizers, the closing ceremony “will reveal to the world the creativity, ingenuity and passion that define our country.” A feast of music, art and storytelling will be directed by Alfredo Accatino, with ballet dancer Roberto Bolle leading the performance.
