LHC to hear Imran’s bail plea in May 9 cases


LAHORE:

The Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear bail applications filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in connection with eight cases related to the May 9 incidents.

A two-member bench, headed by LHC Chief Justice Aalia Neelum, will hear the petitions today.

Imran Khan has sought bail in several cases, including the Jinnah House attack and other related charges.

In his petition, he has maintained that he was in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on May 9, the day the incidents occurred.
