Before seeing the trailer, I was hoping for something more along the lines of Sheridan’s upcoming shows. marshals and Dutton Ranch. now we know that the madison is not linked to yellow stone Despite early reports, it wasn’t too far-fetched to believe there was some cowboy drama and possible shootouts in the mix.
However, the trailer reveals a different story and reminds me of the most successful Netflix original series of all time.

Frankly, my mother will be delighted that Sheridan has swapped blood and bad language for emotional drama and bird watching. She is part of a nucleus virgin river fan base that I suspect will migrate to Montana along with the Clyburns, and that’s a big win for Paramount+.
Sheridan’s audience figures already speak for themselves (that’s how we get landman After all, season 3 was confirmed so early), but Something Lighter is the only type of TV show it doesn’t have in its arsenal.
If you can’t beat them, join them… and I don’t suspect it will be long before the Sheridanverse is hot on the heels of Netflix’s cozy drama.
