- Bigfoot is being added to Fall 76 in the next free game update
- He is just one of many potential “uninvited guests” who may appear at the end of a public event.
- The update will be released on March 3, 2026.
The irradiated world of Fall 76 is about to become even more deadly thanks to the arrival of a new and fearsome enemy.
Bigfoot is coming to Fall 76 as part of the next game The forests update, which will be released on March 3, 2026. He is just one of the ‘uninvited guests’ who will have a small chance to appear at the end of successful public events.
A four-star legendary enemy, defeating Bigfoot offers the chance to earn valuable exclusive loot. At a previous event attended by TechRadar Gaming, Fall 76 Creative director Jon Rush revealed that the desire to add Bigfoot originated from playing Campfire Tales, one of the game’s public events.
“The idea for Bigfoot actually originally came from playing Campfire Tales at night and finishing it and thinking, ‘God, it would be cool if Bigfoot came out and smashed my face in,'” he said. “That’s where the initial thought came from.”
Other possible uninvited guests include a fearsome lineup of radioactive dust baddies like Scorchbeast, Deathclaw Matriarch, Wendigo Colossus, Mirelurk Queen, and the lightning-spitting Storm Goliath.
A successful public event won’t necessarily result in the appearance of an uninvited guest, so those eager to take on them all and claim all the loot available will need to spend quite a bit of time in the wasteland.
The update also introduces a host of quality of life improvements, with numerous changes to public events to make them more engaging. like the past Fall 76 updates, will be completely free for existing owners.
If you’re interested in diving into the game, it’s now available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, or PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S via backwards compatibility.
