ISLAMABAD:
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday announced the formal launch of the Prime Minister’s Relief Package Ramazan 2026, with an allocation of Rs 38,000 crore.
He made the announcement while chairing a review meeting of the Ramadan 2026 Relief Package.
Addressing the participants, he highlighted that the assistance amount has been increased from Rs 5,000 to Rs 13,000 per household to provide significant financial support to deserving people during the holy month of Ramazan.
“This is the largest and most comprehensive Ramadan relief package in the country,” the Prime Minister said.
