ISLAMABAD:
Recent performance data reveals that more than half of graduates from major national skills development initiatives have gained employment, underscoring the growing impact of government-supported skills training programs on youth employability.
According to the findings of official monitoring studies compiled by the National Technical and Vocational Training Commission (NAVTTC) and available on Wealth Pakistan, 53% of those trained under the Skills for All Program in 2023 were employed at the time of the survey.
The study followed 37,440 graduates who completed their training during the period.
