ISLAMABAD:
Deputy Prime Minister and External Affairs Minister Senator Ishaq Dar on Thursday chaired a meeting to review proposals to reduce electricity tariffs for the industry.
The meeting was attended by the Ministers of Finance, Energy and Economic Affairs, Minister of State for Energy and Information Technology, Federal Secretaries of the Ministries of Finance and Energy, Chairman FBR and other officials of relevant departments.
The Deputy Prime Minister reviewed existing policies and reiterated the government’s determination to expand support to the industrial sector.
