NYT Strands Today (Game #738): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game number 738 are…
- ARMOR
- CAMOUFLAGE
- AGILITY
- DISTRACTION
- MIMICRY
- SPANGRAM: DEFENSES
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 2 tracks
This was a great game with, ironically, some very well hidden and very misleading words.
Despite being given the hardest word in the game, CAMOUFLAGE, I needed clues to find the two easiest ones. That being said, AGILITY is not the most obvious of DEFENSES.
Sometimes I wonder how I would cope if I were reduced to the size of a mouse and became prey for my cats. Of all the types of survival techniques available in today’s game, I think the one I’d try is DISTRACTION: By the time I’m done burping the alphabet, they’ll be too bored, confused, or disgusted to bother with me.
