Key Afghan outposts destroyed

Sources say the Afghan Taliban were forced to flee their posts due to effective attacks and retaliatory actions by the army.

PESHAWAR:

Pakistan Army destroyed key posts and centers in Arandu and Kurram sectors during the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil Haq, in response to unprovoked aggression by the Afghan Taliban regime.

Security sources said the Afghan Taliban were forced to flee their posts due to effective attacks and retaliatory actions by the army. The armed forces targeted only hideouts of the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al Khwarij, as well as military installations, they added.

Pakistan launched Operation Ghazab Lil Haq on February 26 against the Afghan Taliban after “unprovoked firing” from across the border.
