ISLAMABAD:
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has made it mandatory for students admitted to medical and dental universities to register with the council.
According to the PMDC, universities have been directed to ensure that every student admitted to the relevant institutions is registered with the council within the prescribed time frame through the student registration portal.
The council warned that failure to register admitted students within the stipulated time would lead to sanctions under the University Medical and Dental Education Policy and Regulations, 2025.
