With his car on the driver’s side, Woods was unable to exit through the door, so he had to exit through the passenger door.

“After the collision, [the other driver] He said he and an unknown subject helped the driver out of the vehicle. [He] reported that because the vehicle rolled onto the driver’s side, the driver was unable to exit properly and had to exit through the front passenger side. [He] reported that he was the sole occupant of his vehicle and confirmed that the driver of the black SUV was the sole occupant,” reads an arrest affidavit obtained by Pak Gazette Digital.
