The answers to today’s Strands game #761 are…
- GUAVA

- PAPAYA
- SPANGRAM: TROPICAL FRUIT
- My rating: Easy

Unlike the legend’s hits from the ’80s, Sade (who sang the brilliant Smooth operator) It immediately became apparent that we were looking for smoothie ingredients.
It wasn’t immediately apparent that all the words would be TROPICAL FRUIT, so my first thought was banana, the key ingredient in most smoothies, a search that was arguably fruitless.
Milkshakes are a key plot point in an HBO show I’m currently watching. DTF San Luis – where one of the characters pretends to be a regular consumer of The Go Getter at his local juice store, where he is later revealed to be a regular consumer of Watermelon Breeze. It’s quite a twist!
Yesterday’s NYT Strands Answers (Thursday, April 2, Game #760)

- COACH
- SPANGRAM: HORSE RACING
