Kanye West is known for his outlandish ideas. DROAM, a concept he called his own style city, is one of them.
For the past few years, he’s been teasing the idea of building a city in the Middle East.
Now, Ye has once again sparked speculation about his ambitious vision by sharing a post on Instagram.
In the photo, a mysterious man and woman appeared in an empty white space.
It’s unclear what the post means, but in the caption, Ye wrote several ideas he believed included in his DROAM city.

After this, the 47-year-old reportedly shifted his focus towards the Middle East to build his megacity.

Engineering, architecture, project management and construction were the applications Ye was looking for in his city, according to his hiring notice.
Not to mention, Kanye also touted the city as self-sufficient and was said to encompass an area four times the size of Paris.
