Claude confirmed a problem
Now, shortly after we encountered issues using Claude and a series of reports about Down Detector, Anthropic confirmed a “high errors” issue for Claude on their status page.
The full update says: “We have identified an issue causing high errors on Claude.ai, including on desktop and mobile. Users may experience errors when trying to log in, interact with voice mode, or complete chats with Claude. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.”
The issues Anthropic confirmed for Claude are trying to log in, using voice mode, and using chat. The latter is the one I found, as well as a TechRadar colleague and a friend who reported it to me.
