- Star Wars Day 2026 will take place on May 4
- Disney is slowly rolling out this year’s range of toys and products.
- TechRadar can exclusively reveal one of the new must-have items of 2026
Star Wars Day 2026 is less than a month away, and you know what that means: new toys and products to spend your money on.
Ahead of the now-annual celebration of Lucasfilm’s legendary sci-fi franchise, TechRadar can also exclusively reveal one of this year’s collectibles.
The article in question? Lando Calrissian’s Skiff Guard Disguise helmet, which will retail for $99.99/£100.00 and will be available to purchase starting May 4, also known as Star Wars Day, in Disney’s online store and brick-and-mortar stores. See official images of the helmet, its display stand, and its packaging below:
Article continues below.
“Inspired by Lando Calrissian’s undercover mission aboard Jabba’s barge, this detailed helmet captures the skiff guard costume worn during the events above the Great Pit of Carkoon,” the official description reads. “Its robust design reflects the unmistakable look of the far reaches of Tatooine. Complete with a display stand, it is a distinctive collectible that commemorates a pivotal moment in the Rebellion’s fight against the Empire.”
This item is not just something that will simply collect dust as part of your memorabilia collection. In fact, you can wear it too, so why not dress up as Lando at the next fan convention you go to and show him off in all his glory?

Longtime fans won’t need me to remind them which movie it is from. However, for those who haven’t traveled to every corner of that iconic galaxy far, far away, Calrissian uses it during the first act of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
In it, the smooth-talking smuggler is part of the team that – spoilers! – tries to rescue Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt. To blend in with Jabba’s entourage, Calrissian wears the helmet as part of his costume. Unfortunately, the original plan to save Han goes awry, forcing Calrissian, Luke Skywalker, and the rest of the crew to not only improvise but fight for their lives. However, I highly doubt you’ll have to deal with something like that while wearing your own Skiff helmet!
As I mentioned above, Star Wars Day 2026 is only a few weeks away, so I imagine you’re already preparing for this year’s festivities.
