King Charles said goodbye to the beloved family member and the last conversation brought back emotional memories.
Charles’s father, Prince Philip, died on April 9 at the age of 99 at Windsor Castle.
Earlier, while revealing the final exchange he had with his beloved father was related to the celebration of his 100th birthday.
According to the MirrorThe then-Prince Charles shared that his father had difficulty hearing, so he said out loud: “We’re talking about your birthday! What if there will be a reception!”
Charles recalled that Philip didn’t even take a moment and said, “Well, I have to be alive for it, don’t I?” Charles responded: “I said ‘I knew you’d say that!'”
One of the other conversations that took place between Carlos and Felipe was also quite heartfelt.
