NYT Strands Today (Game #774): The Answers
The answers to today’s Strands game #774 are…
- HOBBY
- RECREATION
- SIDELINE
- INTEREST
- HOBBY
- SPANGRAM: JUSTFORFUN
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 1 track
I totally messed up today’s topic and took “this doesn’t work” literally as I searched for words related to things breaking.
Fortunately, my fruitless search also included many non-game words, and a hint of HOBBY put me on the path to discovering more words associated with free-time activities, including RECREATION, which was so long I was convinced it would turn yellow and become spangram.
Instead, today’s yellow snake was JUSTFORFUN, which is possibly where I’m going wrong with my hobbies, since all of them (biking, doing puzzles, and watching football) involve more pain than fun.
Yesterday’s NYT Strands Answers (Wednesday, April 15, Game #773)

- TURQUOISE

- PERIDOT
