Richard Holliday, the “most marketable” man in professional wrestling, will bring his talents to Battle for the Brave: Wrestling Showcase for Heroes on June 6 in Rahway, New Jersey.
The event, hosted by TNA Wrestling star and US Navy veteran Steve Maclin and Ring of Honor Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo, will benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Holliday spoke with Pak Gazette Digital about why she decided to participate in the event.

“It’s a tremendous cause,” Holliday said. “How could I say no to that? I’m so proud of what Steve and Deonna are doing and including me as a part of that is tremendous. How could I say no to that? So I’m really looking forward to that event.
“They were actually both a part of the event I put together, Narcissistic Behavior in August 2025, which was really recognized as the biggest independent show that year and I have no doubt that Steve and Deonna will have perhaps the most unique independent event of 2026. It’s going to be a huge event. I think they’ve announced the Hardy Boyz for that. But man, what an event this is going to be.”
Holliday will be part of the Battle for the Brave Cup, a 12-person match that will start as a battle royal and turn into a brawl when two competitors remain.

Maclin, Megan Bayne, BDE and other stars will perform at the match.
Maclin revealed his involvement exclusively to Pak Gazette Digital earlier in the week.
“Everyone has been asking me, ‘Why wouldn’t you want to wrestle on your own show, especially for such an important cause?’ “So, from now on, I officially enter as the number one participant in the Battle for the Brave Memorial Cup,” he said. “I will face 12 other competitors. It is an over-the-top battle royale and the last two competitors become a match.
“I’m going to take the hard way and the hard way to get to No. 1 and try to go all the way to be (last).”
Matt and Jeff Hardy are also at the event and provided a joint statement about their participation.

“My brother and I are very excited to be spearheading Steve Maclin and Deonna Purrazzo’s very special Tunnel to Towers event. Tunnel to Towers is a very special organization that helps care for people who have been injured at work protecting us – people like the military, first responders and police,” the Hardys said. “We are very grateful for the services and efforts of all these people to keep us all safe and healthy. We hope to raise as much money as possible.”
