Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy, 27, has spoken out about a strange experience at the airport where security officers questioned her passport photo.
Kate shared a video saying she wanted to be honest about the surgery she had, including details of her fake breasts and where she had fillers.
Speaking to the camera, Kate said: “I wanted to come here and talk about a couple of untrue things about myself.
“I was at the airport over the weekend and was questioned by seven different agents about how different I look compared to my passport photo.
“Since I had to sit there and talk to seven officers about all the procedures I had done.
“Obviously I had these 400 CC’s done on both sides above the muscle, obviously lip fillers, I had a rhinoplasty, I’m not very happy with the results but I think it looks better than what I was born with.”
Kate opened up about the non-surgical procedures she underwent, saying: “I have fillers in my cheeks, fillers in my chin, Botox everywhere, I can barely move my face.
“I’m also naturally blonde, I dyed my hair brown, my whole head is full of extensions and I have fake nails.
“I’m also very pale by nature, so I spray tan once a week.
“I don’t have natural freckles anymore, so I draw them every day too.”
Meanwhile, Kate is struggling to find a good match and finds herself comparing potential partners with the late singer.
Kate was in a relationship with Liam Payne before his death in October 2024.
Cassidy and Payne were first seen together in October 2022 and were still dating when the singer tragically fell from the third-floor balcony and died on October 16, 2024.
