- Leaked case renders show possible design of Samsung Galaxy S26 FE
- The only real change appears to be a new camera block.
- Samsung users are not happy with how familiar it looks
There is likely to be one more member of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, with the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE expected to launch later this year, but if leaks are to be believed, it may not prove very popular.
X user and tech journalist @Mohammed_K_2010 has shared what appear to be marketing images of cases designed for the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE, revealing what the phone looks like in the process, and visually it doesn’t look too different to the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE.
The only real change appears to be that the three rear lenses are now housed in a raised camera block, rather than sticking out individually, but otherwise it looks very similar to its predecessor.

While we’d take this leak with a pinch of salt, it’s a design that makes sense, as the standard Samsung Galaxy S26 had the same minor visual change. But it’s also a design that seems to disappoint Samsung fans.
On Reddit, comments include a sarcastic “wow, what an unexpected design,” along with “not really an update,” “the design has become as cheap as the Galaxy A series,” and “this has to be a joke.”
Few improvements under the hood either
Considering the previously rumored specifications of the Galaxy S26 FE, things don’t get much better. The incoming phone will reportedly have a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an Exynos 2500 chipset, a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging, an IP68 rating, a 50MP wide-angle camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP front-facing camera.
Of these, the only real updates are a new chipset and a battery with a capacity increase of 100 mAh, so this could only be a very slight improvement over its predecessor.
It could at least come in a few different colors, with leaks pointing to shades of purple, black, gray and white, but that’s unlikely to tempt many buyers.
We’ll probably find out how accurate all of this is, and whether many people really want to buy the Samsung Galaxy S26 FE, in September or October, since that’s when it’s likely to launch.
