- June 2026 PS Plus games revealed
- Among them is Edition with full bud and grounded
- This Xbox-published game was once an Xbox exclusive and now PS Plus members get it for free
June is just days away and that means a new batch of PS Plus Essential games are about to be delivered to subscribers. While we usually have to wait to find out the selection, Sony’s Day of Play 2026 campaign just told us what we’ll be playing early.
The titles are:
There is a definite multiplayer focus here. war hammer and Grounded They are solid cooperative titles to take on with a team, while Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is a great character fighter that Nintendo fans Smash Bros. You will enjoy the series a lot.
The first two can be played on both PS4 and PS5, while dark tide It is restricted to current generation hardware.
Notably, Grounded It was, until 2024, exclusive to Xbox. Xbox Game Studios publishes cooperative survival adventure Obsidian about shrunken children trying to thrive in their dangerous backyard.
It’s been playable on rival systems for a couple of years now, but seeing Sony give it away to its PS Plus members is somewhat shocking to me as a former Xbox fan (although I love the Asus Rog Xbox Ally X handheld).
It continues the trend of Xbox’s changing gaming priorities of making players live their experiences where they are rather than forcing them to use a specific system.
And as more former Xbox exclusives hit Sony’s digital shelves, we’ll likely see more in its PS Plus catalog, either as free games like this one or in the rotating catalog. Indiana Jones It looks like a PS Plus title waiting to happen, especially if a sequel is close to release.
For now, we have this trio of titles to dive into while we wait to see what else awaits us when the next State of Play arrives on June 2.
