Do you want to know a secret? In 2000, when I was 20 years old, I joined the cast of The Phantom of the Opera – or as you probably know, The Phantom of the Opera – in Hamburg as a solo dancer (yes, there is ballet in the musical, although no one remembers it).
And that’s how I discovered Rammstein… and why now, Mein Herz brennt for this lovely new deck. It has just been unveiled by Clearaudio and is about to be showcased at the hi-fi and audiophile extravaganza, High End Vienna.

Fun fact: “Angel of Music” translates to “Engel der Muse” in German (a key song in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s masterpiece), and listening to Till Lindemann et al angel Honestly, that’s how I learned to sing the language and understand it.
Rammstein fans will know this, but the subtitle above means “I don’t want to be an angel.” Quite.
Regardless, Clearaudio is a well-respected name in turntable production (just look at the five-star Clearaudio Concept, for starters), and the company is very keen to let us know that this isn’t a standard turntable with Rammstein-esque gloss. It was, says Clearaudio, “developed from the beginning as a completely independent model, combining the engineering foundation of the proven Concept turntable with a design language created specifically in collaboration with Rammstein.”
The chassis features “massive block construction with an extremely rigid MDF core” and a metallic lacquer finish, and the integrated dimmable LED lighting, available in red or white, is what I really love (or Era Ich Liebeso to speak).
The arm is the well-known T1 from Clearaudio, but here it has been combined with a specially branded MM cartridge. Each deck also ships in a “premium wooden box handcrafted in the Bavarian forest, designed to later serve as storage for vinyl, merchandise or collectibles.”
And in case I haven’t stressed it enough, the edition is strictly limited to 1000 units worldwide and is expected to be available starting October 2026.
And now, Innovation Revolver Special Edition: a Beatles tribute record player
I know what you’re thinking: It’s weird that the Beatles get second place to Rammstein. True, but this is my news coverage and I get to set the rules.
Clearaudio has simply outdone itself at the High End Vienna. It may not even get to the new turntable designed for gamers, the off-grid power supply, the new “reinvented phono stage”, the carbon fiber cartridge or the redesignable Elevation 45 and Elevation 55 decks, although I highly recommend you go see them in Vienna if you can.
The Beatles’ 1966 masterpiece Revolver needs no more fanfare or humming of Leonor Rigby From me, but here’s a new Clearaudio turntable and, more importantly, an optional (but very nice) single monochrome stand to really celebrate it.
The new deck plinth combines aluminum with a “precision engineered composite stone” chosen specifically for its resonance control and playback stability, and this is also included in the optional matching monochrome stand.
Clearaudio tells me the turntable is fully set up and ready to play, including the Clearaudio Tracer arm in Black Carbon, Concept MC Signature cartridge, Professional Power 24V power supply, and Innovation clamp.
As expected, completing the package is a heavyweight special edition of Revolvermastered at half speed on 180g vinyl with the newly mixed stereo album and restored artwork by Klaus Voormann.
This very special edition will be available from late summer 2026, with a suggested retail price of $17,900 / £10,500 (around AU$19,744) for the turntable, but you’ll need another $11,050 / £7,500 (around AU$14,100) for that matching stand.
Do you want to buy it? Good for you. Just make sure you don’t have to hide from tax collector later, although I suppose Tomorrow you never know…
