Arguably the best player in the NFL just joined one of the best teams in the NFL.
Expect fireworks in Los Angeles
The football world was shocked this week when the Los Angeles Rams traded reigning Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett.
Garrett, 30, had spent each of his nine professional seasons with the Cleveland Browns, enjoying a surplus of individual success but only appearing in three playoff games total.
Let’s look at the odds for what Garrett’s first season in Los Angeles could look like on FanDuel Sportsbook starting June 4.

Football fans are still thinking about this.
The Rams were just one game away from the Super Bowl last season, falling to NFC West rival Seattle in the NFC Championship Game by just four points.
Los Angeles began this offseason by shopping star cornerback Trent McDuffie and has now landed a two-time Defensive Player of the Year who many view as the best player in the league, regardless of position.
Garrett is a five-time first-team All-Pro selection, a seven-time Pro Bowler and just last season set the record for sacks in a single season (23). He has eight consecutive seasons of at least 10 sacks and led the NFL in tackles for loss in each of the last two seasons.
In terms of Garrett reaching 20 sacks, he’s only done it once in his career (last season). Before that, his career high in a season was 16.
