Vodafone’s mobile network went down just before 8am AEST this morning, affecting not only its direct customers, but potentially even those on MVNOs on its network, such as TPG and Lebara users. That means this current outage could be affecting millions of customers, although Vodafone has confirmed it is “urgently investigating”.
There are currently no updates on the Vodafone website, and even their Network Health Checker is throwing errors.
According to DownDetect, there were over 8,000 complaints at 9am AEST this morning, but they have decreased since then, although there is a slight increase again at 11am AEST.
