King Charles and Queen Camilla’s second day at Royal Ascot had been quite exciting as the attendance had been especially impressive.
On Wednesday, the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Anne and Sir Tim Laurence came to watch the races along with their newly married son and daughter-in-law. Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall were also present.
However, there was other royalty present among them and he even had the honor of performing a special task. Hollywood superstar Henry Cavill, best known for playing the Man of Steel, made a stylish appearance at the annual event.
He Enola Holmes The star appeared to be channeling Sherlock Holmes as he joined a group of friends and was seen chatting. During an interview, Henry was asked what it was like to watch the races and go down to the ring where all the royals were present, including King Charles, Prince William and Princess Kate.
“It’s been absolutely incredible,” Henry said, noting that it was the first time he had been to Royal Ascot and seen royalty.
He added that although he watched the race with them in the ring, he was not “with” them.
Henry also revealed that he was able to ring the bell, indicating that the horses were making the final turn.
