Oba Femi and Jey Uso kicked off Night of Champions with their final King of the Ring match on Saturday in Saudi Arabia.
The winner of the match would earn a title shot of their choice at SummerSlam. Femi, who apparently had Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns in mind before the match, battled Uso all night. Uso hoped to win the match and face the undisputed WWE champion and thus return another world title to The Bloodline.

Uso tried his best to try to get Femi on his back. He did this towards the end of the match with multiple thrust kicks, a running shoulder block into Femi’s midsection, a spear, and an Uso Splash. But it was far from enough to put “The Ruler” away.
The conquest of Uso proved useless.
Femi regained control and threw Uso to the mat with his brute strength. Femi hit Fall from Grace and pinned Uso to win the match and become the King of the Ring.

“It feels so good to go from ‘The Ruler’ to being the king,” Femi said in his post-match promo. “Jey Uso didn’t understand what he was up against tonight. He thought he was just fighting a man. You may be able to beat a man, but you can’t beat fate and you can’t beat fate and most importantly, you can’t beat me.
“I am the ruler, the destroyer, the bringer of war, the mountain you cannot climb, the mountain you cannot conquer, the one of one, the slayer of beasts, the chosen one, the king of the ring, Oba Femi!”
Femi will now have to decide who he will pursue.
Reigns might make the best decision since they are both Raw superstars. But Sami Zayn won the WWE Undisputed Championship in a triple threat match over Cody Rhodes and Gunther later that night.
