Prince William was making a house into a lovely ‘home’ to live in on Tuesday.
The Prince of Wales was seen caught helping to prepare care packages full of essential items to give the new tenants a warm welcome as they began the next chapter of their lives.
Video on Instagram shows a smile on his face as he carried chairs to the properties, working alongside local partners and networks to ensure each house felt like a home from the moment residents walked through the door.
He was involved in every step of the preparations before taking the time to meet the new residents and support staff at Langstane Housing Association.
The visit marked the completion of the homes, a milestone William was determined to celebrate in person after long championing the importance of giving people not just a roof over their heads, but a place where they can truly belong.
Rather than miss the opportunity, Prince William made sure he was there to welcome residents, proving that creating a home is more than just bricks and mortar.
