Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s main minister (KP), Ali Amin Gandapur, held an unusual meeting with the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in the Adiala prison on Monday, causing significant political attention.
The meeting, which lasted an hour, focused on the situation of law and order of the province, matters of parties and political issues, said Express News.
The sources revealed that the CM reached Adial prison with a full official protocol and was granted direct access through door No. 5, avoiding standard procedures. For the meeting, Khan was transferred from his jail cell to a conference room.
According to the sources, the two leaders participated in a detailed discussion on several issues, including development projects and the safety situation in KP.
