  • Apple has just launched its 2025 Black Unity collection.
  • There is a new Black Unity Sport Loop for Apple Watch with a matching watch face.
  • This year’s collection was inspired by the “rhythm of humanity.”

Before the month of black history, which begins on February 1, Apple has just presented its 2025 Black Unity collection, which consists of an Apple Watch band of special edition, a watch face and a wallpaper for the iPhone and The iPad.

The collection honors the month of black history and celebrates black culture. According to Apple, this year’s fall is inspired by the “rhythm of humanity.” It is rightly called Rhythm of Unity and presents blacks, green and red, the colors of the Pana-African flag.

As with past years, Apple is supporting several organizations with subsidies together with this collection. Those include the Ellis Marsalis Music Center in New Orleans, the Battersa Arts Center in London, the Music Forward Foundation in Los Angeles, the Art Galería de Nueva Gales del Sur in Sydney and the National Museum of African -American Music in Nashville, Tennessee. The Black Unity 2025 collection was designed by black creatives and allies in Apple.

First is the new Black Unity Sport Loop for Apple Watch that is now in $ 49 in the United States, £ 49.00 in the United Kingdom or Aus $ 69 in Australia. It also comes in sizes of 42 mm and 46 mm to fit most Apple watches. Black Unity Sport Loop is a woven clock band that has a lenticular effect thanks to elevated and embedded loops, some with green and others with red. When you use the band, the idea is that the colors will mix and move together, changing from green to red, with yellow appearing in the middle.

Reaching an upcoming software update for Apple Watch Series 6 or Newer is the Rhythm Unity clock face, which takes some Black Unity Sport Loop signals with numbers for the time they appear built from red, green and yellow loops. Like other Apple Watch Watch faces, when the animated effect increases, the threads will join to form time, and Apple points out that “the distinctive and rhythmic bells” will be marked every hour and a half.

A coincident wallpaper for the iPhone and the iPad, called Unity Rhythm, will be launched with a future software update, probably IOS 18.3 and Ipados 18.3, which is currently in Beta. The wallpaper uses the red, green and yellow digital threads of the unity rhythm rhythm to write unity.
