If the attacks move within 8 miles of the stadium, FIFA security protocols could stop England’s round of 16 match for a minimum of 30 minutes.

However, there is a great risk that the start will be delayed due to the thunderstorms and lightning that occurred today at the Azteca Stadium.
Officials activated a “shelter-in-place” warning on the stadium’s giant television screens a couple of hours before kickoff.
