WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) is stepping into the social media ring after decades in professional wrestling and doing so with BZZR.
BZZR is one of the newest social media platforms to hit the internet and promises to unite sports fans and cut through the noise. The company has already bolstered its roster with famous names from professional wrestling, including MVP, Kayla Becker and Dwayne Swayze.

Layfield told Pak Gazette Digital that he decided to partner with BZZR after learning that his favorite baseball team, the Texas Rangers, were doing business with the company.
“I have a good friend, I call him ‘Shooter’ (Chris) Dunn. He’s been in WWE before. Now he’s on BZZR. BZZR seems like a great platform,” he said. “I’m a big Texas Rangers fan and the Rangers have partnered with BZZR. My grandfather was blind before he passed away and for several years I used to listen to the Rangers on the radio every afternoon and every night and I would go and sit there with him.
“I’m a big Rangers fan because of that and they’re working with BZZR, so I was a little interested because the Texas Rangers are involved with them, but it seems like a wonderful platform, so I’m glad to be involved.”

Layfield said one feature spoke specifically to him: keeping the platform all about sports.
BZZR calls itself “the world’s first streaming and social media platform built exclusively for sports with no nonsense, no nonsense.”
“Isn’t it amazing? You actually do something and you don’t expect anyone to say, ‘You suck,’ or ‘You look stupid,’ or you don’t know anything about anything. ‘Remember in the 1930s there was a big ‘No. I don’t actually remember because I have a life,'” he told Pak Gazette Digital.
“It’s amazing. I don’t know what you do with social media, but the one thing that BZZR is doing, which is great, I think you have to have your name on there, you have to have your photo. People who hide behind pseudonyms or can become keyword warriors, it gives people a voice that some shouldn’t have. Some should, but some shouldn’t.”
