Senator Faisal Vawda has expressed his confidence in Pakistan’s economic progress, emphasizing possible investment agreements during the visit of the Trump team.
In an X publication, the senator said he had previously predicted the positive developments for January 28, 2025.
He described the day as a turning point, bringing what he called “positive winds” for Trump Pakistan card.
Vawda revealed that significant investment agreements and more good news of the visit are expected.
He criticized Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), suggesting that his own ‘Trump’ card strategy would lead to disappointment.
Referring to the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Vawda highlighted the role of national initiatives to boost progress.
“Credit should be given to where it is due,” he said, adding that Pakistan’s achievements deserve recognition.
The visit of Trump’s team has drawn attention for its potential to improve foreign investment and strengthen Pakistan’s economy.
