The Garmin Cirqa has become something of an open secret in the world of wearables, with leaks of the screenless rival Fitbit Air frequently appearing, even on Garmin’s own website. And it looks like the tech company is once again to blame, as a new batch of secret data has surfaced, including global pricing and alleged product images, all apparently coming from Garmin.
First, let’s start with the prices. This appears to come from Garmin’s own backend systems and lists the Cirqa costing $199.99 in the US, £179 in the UK, and €199 in Europe. That’s much more affordable than the $500 price tag that was rumored to have circulated earlier this year.
The price was first discovered by Reddit users, who used a part number (010-04675-00) included in a leaked image that claimed to show details of the Cirqa Smart Band. They then entered that number into Garmin’s website, specifically embedding it in the following URL: https://buy.garmin.com/pricing-proxy-services/countries/US/skus/010-04675-00/price.
That returns information about the rumored device, including a list price of “$199.99 USD.” As the Reddit user put it: “That response comes directly from buy.garmin.com. It’s not a Google cache, a list of retailers, or an archived screenshot.” That gives the leak a degree of weight that it wouldn’t have if we were relying on just a simple image.
Entering a different part number as a control (010-99999-99 in this case) results in an error, suggesting that the leaked data is not just a generic result that appears every time you enter what looks like a Garmin part number.
Adjusting the number slightly also reveals other variations of the same device, which could be linked to different band sizes and colors, as another Reddit user suggested.

Images purporting to represent the Garmin Cirqa have also circulated. However, users were quick to point out the suspicious nature of the images, suggesting they could have been generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
One claimed to show the Cirqa appearing in a Garmin app, while the other looked like a marketing image (via the5krunner). However, the devices looked very different from each other, with different features and designs present on the two products, suggesting that one (or both) was fake.
The pricing information is more solid because it comes directly from Garmin and not from a random user on Reddit. You can enter the part number at the URL mentioned above and check it out yourself if you want to check it out, which suggests that Garmin may be loading the Cirqa into their databases ahead of an imminent release.
However, for now it is unclear when exactly that release will be. However, when it arrives, we could finally see some much-needed competition for the Fitbit Air hit the market.
