As I worked on the board collecting “business names,” I couldn’t help but wonder how many of today’s trades would be considered ARTISAN work in the future: programmer, writer, barista?
Many of those in the search are jobs that are now quite specific, but we only need to think about how many people are called SMITH or COOPER to realize how common they once were.
However, it’s not so common that I don’t need a hint, although in my case it was laziness that prompted me to take the shortcut, thus demonstrating my inevitable replacement with a much more capable version of AI.
