- United Kingdom and only
Let’s be realistic: we have all reviewed the best Oled TVs and we think “Do you know what would make them even better? Lava!” So thanks to Goodness for the German luxury brand Loewe and its last television OLED, which is carried out partly from cooled fragments of the Earth’s nucleus.
The TV is part of Loewe’s ‘stellar’ range, a collection of non -capitalized luxury televisions that already includes models with concrete panels. And now the new Loewe Stellar Alu Black + Lava adds volcanic dust to the mixture.
Can Loewe make you fall in love with Lava?
Why Loewe is using Lava on his televisions
According to Loewe, there are solid reasons to include cooled volcano bits in consumer electronics. It is abundant and sustainable, it is very dense, it is strong and durable, and its very heat resistant, which is good for high -end televisions.
But I suspect that the real reason is simpler: they have added it because it is interesting for the type of people who want unusual objects and they do not mind paying the best price for them. And I am absolutely aboard that, because the dark and textured surface looks incredibly great, although I am not even close to being the target population group of this television.
And the rest of the television is not exactly a low rent. The stellar range uses the goal of the micro lens matrix that promise an excellent color and contrast (and have delivered other televisions where they are used, such as the LG G4), and their sound systems are also quite impressive. Which is equally good, because the stellar Alu Black + Lava begins at £ 3,299 for the 42 inches, increasing to £ 5,999 for the 65 -inch model. There are also 48 inches models and 55 inches by £ 3,799 and £ 4,299 respectively.
There are no US or Australian prices because Loewe generally does not sell to those markets. But if it is in the United Kingdom or the EU, televisions will be available at the end of February in retailers such as Harrods and online at Loewe.tv.
