While Philadelphia Eagles prepare to travel to New Orleans for the Super Bowl Lix, the team’s star marshal is clearing the air. During the availability of media after the game last week, Jalen Hurts made an apparently off guard on the chief coach of the Eagles, Nick Sirianni.
Hurts said that Nick Sirianni “allow me to get out of my Solemia Jacket” when asked about his strong performance during the victory of the NFC championship game over Washington’s commanders and his general experience playing for Sirianni.

“He has done a great job. He has done a great job. Today he let me out of my direct vest,” Hurts told reporters.
But on Friday, Hurts insisted that the comment was simply a joke. “I was joking after the game,” Hurts told reporters.

During its availability of media on Tuesday, Sirianni sent questions about the comment of “Straightjacket”.
“I think he was having fun after the game that we have been winning a couple of different ways this year … but I know, and he said this many times, he doesn’t care how we won, not me ‘no’ does not matter how we won , whenever we win.
“And as we have spoken a lot, there have been different circumstances of how the games have [gone] And where we have been at the end of the games. But we found a way to win and collect 15 of 16. During much of the 2023 season, Hurts and Sirianni supposedly sailed through a somewhat tense relationship. Last August, an ESPN report cited a source with direct knowledge that described the dynamics of the last season between the coach and the field marshal as “fractured.”
After starting the 2023 campaign with a 10-1 record, the Eagles won only one of their last six games. Subsequently, Philadelphia suffered a loss of 32-9 before the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay in the Commodines Round. The early departure of the playoffs came immediately after the appearance of the Eagles in the Super Bowl the previous season.

However, the end of the regular season 2024 and the postseason have been very different for Philadelphia. Sirianni, Hurts and the Eagles received the George Halas trophy last Sunday after the team won the conference title and secured a place at the Super Bowl Lix.
