Aleem Khan, Pakistan’s sister Tehreek-E-Insaf (PTI), founding president Imran Khan, has affirmed that the judges are being appointed for the Judiciary with the sole purpose of keeping Imran Khan in jail.
In statements to the media outside the Adiala prison, he transmitted the message of Imran Khan, stating that recent developments clearly indicate a deliberate effort to imprison the founder of PTI and dismantle the party.
Aleem Khan said that during the last three years, several plots have been orchestrated with the main objective of ensuring that Imran Khan remains imprisoned and that PTI is eliminated.
“His government was overthrown, people underwent oppression, and the May 9 incident was organized as a false flag operation. More than 100,000 raids were carried out in homes.” She claimed.
He also pointed to the 26th amendment, claiming that he introduced himself to bring judges that would serve the interests of the government.
“Our Judicial Power has capable judges who can deliver justice, but they need those who will deliver prayers and keep Imran Khan in jail,” he said.
Aleem also referred to the decision of the case of £ 190 million, claiming that it was decided to ensure that the judges of the Superior Court maintain the conviction during the appeal process, dragging the legal procedures for another two or three years.
She claimed that the Judges of the Supreme Court were now strategically designated to ensure that Imran Khan remained in jail.
In addition, he criticized the Law of Electronic Crimes of Pakistan (Peca), stating that it was introduced to suppress social networks.
“Today a law has been promulgated that allows authorities to imprison anyone who speaks on social networks,” he said.
He concluded by stating that the rule of law has committed severely, leaving little hope of justice through the courts.
Meanwhile, Imran Khan has written a letter to the head of the Army personnel (COAS) also, “criticize the policies of the establishment” and ask for a review of its national security and governance approach.
The letter, sent from Adial prison, highlights Imran’s concerns about what he describes as a growing disconnection between the army and the public, said Express News.
According to PTI’s lawyer, Faisal Fareed Chaudhry, who revealed the content of the letter to journalists, imranated that the fight against terrorism can only succeed if the nation is united behind the Armed Forces.
Imran argued that the ‘establishment is supporting those who have benefited twice from the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO)’, a reference to past political settlements that allowed leaders to evade corruption positions.
He also raised concerns about the country’s economic instability, the conduct of the recent general elections and the actions of the State against his party.
