Deandre Hopkins of the Chiefs sends an inspiring message before the appearance of the first Super Bowl

Kansas City Chiefs star, Deandre Hopkins, had an inspiring message for young fans who have followed their career from the beginning.

Hopkins is preparing to play in his first Super Bowl when the chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. The Chiefs acquired Hopkins in an exchange with the Tennessee Titans before the deadline. It appeared in 10 games and had 41 trapped for 437 yards and four touchdowns.

He wrote an empathic publication to those children who fight like him.

“To all children living in small villages, in small houses, with single parents,” he wrote in X. “Children who see violence, who see the loss, who do not obtain the resources they deserve, but who still I have great dreams.

“Know that he was a child with his exact shoes and this week I am playing in the Super Bowl. Do not give up, work hard, keep believing. Where you start does not determine where you finish.”

Hopkins emerged as one of the main receptors of the League at the best moment of his career with the Texans. From 2017 to 2020, he was even a professional bowling player. He played seven years with Houston, three with the Cardinals of Arizona and a season and a half with the Titans.

The Chiefs added to Hopkins while dealing a lot of offensive injuries. It may not have been the Pro Bowl receiver, but made enough to help Chiefs to a 15-2 record in the regular season.
