Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed a deep sadness for the death of Prince Karim Aga Khan, praising his visionary leadership, faith and generosity.

In a publication in its X mango, Shehbaz Sharif highlighted the lasting legacy of Aga Khan, which transcended the borders and brought hope and progress to innumerable communities in need.

He described Prince Karim Aga Khan as a remarkable leader dedicated to edifying communities worldwide.

Through his tireless work in relief of poverty, medical care and gender equality, he defended the cause of marginalized groups, leaving a lasting impact in millions of lives.

The interim president Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani also extended his condolences, calling Prince Karim Aga Khan a great humanitarian dedicated to peace and humanity.

In his condolence message, he recognized the lifelong commitment of Aga Khan with social welfare, particularly in education and medical care. His numerous initiatives for disadvantaged and middle -class communities have benefited millions and will be remembered as part of their lasting legacy.

Vice -Prime Minister Ishaq Dar expressed a deep sadness for the death of Aga Khan, highlighting his immense philanthropic contributions worldwide.

In a message about X, GIV emphasized the special link of Aga Khan with Pakistan and its unmatched role in the development of the nation.

“His unwavering commitment to improve communities around the world leaves an indelible legacy,” Dar wrote, adding that Pakistan would forever appreciate his contributions. He extended the sincere condolences to the family of Aga Khan and the community of Ismaili.

The UN Secretary General, António Guterres, also shared his pain in X, praising the Aga Khan as a symbol of peace, tolerance and compassion. Guterres transmitted condolences to the family of Aga Khan and the global community of Ismaili.

The Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, expressed admiration for the dedication of all the life of Aga Khan to the promotion of peace and prosperity.

Trudeau described him as a visionary leader who worked tirelessly in cultures and continents to address global challenges such as poverty, education and gender inequality.
